Claudia, comes to ONETEAMSV after several years serving as El Salvador’s Women’s National Rugby Team Head Coach. Prior to moving to El Salvador, Claudia was a member of the Venezuelan Women’s National Rugby Team.

She hold’s a University Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Sports Management.

Claudia oversees all Colgan Foundation Training Center Staff and Activities.

ROBI POWERS - PARA TECH COACH - ASSISTANT COUNTRY DIRECTOR

Robi is the youngest of the five Powers children and lives full-time at the CF Training Center with our working dog Kaiser. Currently he splits his time between providing technical coaching and serving as a Spanish speaking liaison along with Claudia on all things relating to government support. Robi, has a international marketing degree from Colorado State University, and is a member of the US National and Colorado Realtors groups.

Robi’s background as a freestyle skier, skydiver and youth coach have allowed him to excel with our El Salvador Para Surf Program and his degree in International Marketing and Relations make him a perfect advisor for the non-profits multi-facetted programming.

Working dog kaiser

Kaiser is our therapy working dog at the training center. Born in California, but being raised in El Salvador he enjoys the full run of the complex and especially loves it when friends throw a stick or ball for him to sprint after. High Tide will find him jumping into one of the training center pools, but give this speedster mid to low tide and the Playa is his Home!
